Denise is a founding partner of the NextHome RARE Properties team. 
Her passion for helping people realize their dreams motivates her dedication to the real estate profession and the agents she works with. As Managing Broker in Charge at NextHome RARE Properties, Denise specializes in the professional development of RARE agents and the implementation of company objectives. She utilizes her training as an Authentic Leadership Coach to help team members honor their individual authenticity, creativity and innovation.
​The team at NextHome RARE Properties operates from a Long Range Strategic Plan that is adjusted annually and revisited on a quarterly basis.  Denise works to ensure objectives are met and the all-important dynamic energy of the NextHome RARE Properties team is maintained.
